BioRePeel Chemical Peel - $200
Approximately 60 minutes
BioRePeel is a 30% TCA chemical peel with a unique two-phase formula that delivers the resurfacing power of a TCA peel with significantly less downtime than traditional options. It works for all skin types and is one of the few peels that can be done comfortably year-round without increased sun sensitivity risk. Effective for fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, uneven tone, and skin texture. Available as a standalone treatment or in a package series for more dramatic results.

What to Expect at Your Facial Appointment
Before You Come In
Come in with clean skin if possible and skip heavy makeup on the day of your appointment. Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, or strong active ingredients for two to three days before a chemical peel or BioRePeel. If you have had recent injectable treatments, let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.
If you are unsure which service to book, text us before your appointment or simply book the Vivid Refresh and let your esthetician assess your skin and guide the treatment in the right direction from there.
During Your Appointment
Your first appointment starts with a brief skin consultation. Your esthetician will look at your skin, ask about your concerns and goals, and explain what the treatment will involve before starting. You will be reclined comfortably throughout the service.
For most facials, your esthetician will move through the steps of the treatment while explaining what each technique is doing. You are welcome to ask questions at any point. The goal is that you leave understanding your skin better than when you arrived.
After Your Appointment
Your esthetician will walk you through specific aftercare recommendations and any product suggestions before you leave. For most facials, your skin may look slightly flushed immediately after and settle into a cleaner, more even appearance within a few hours.
After a BioRePeel or chemical peel, your skin may begin to peel or flake within two to five days. This is normal and part of the resurfacing process. Avoid picking or peeling manually, stay out of direct sun, and follow the aftercare instructions provided.

I have never had a facial before. Where do I start?
Start with the Vivid Refresh. It is our most new-client-friendly service, designed to give your esthetician a clear picture of your skin while delivering real results in one appointment. The 60-minute format is not overwhelming, the add-on options let the treatment be customized on the spot, and it is a good foundation for any skincare plan we build together going forward.
How often should I get a facial?
For most clients, once a month is the sweet spot. This aligns with the skin’s natural cell turnover cycle, which takes approximately 28 to 30 days. Monthly facials keep the skin consistently clear, hydrated, and progressing toward your goals. If you are working on a specific concern like acne, hyperpigmentation, or anti-aging, your esthetician may recommend a more intensive series to start and then move to a maintenance schedule.
What is dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation technique that uses a sterile surgical blade to gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells and fine facial hair (often called vellus hair or peach fuzz) from the surface of the skin. The result is a noticeably smoother texture, improved product absorption, and a brighter complexion. It is included as an add-on option in both the Vivid Refresh and Vivid Glow, and combined with BioRePeel as a standalone service.
What is the difference between the Vivid Refresh and the Vivid Glow?
Both are signature facials that include a deep cleanse, customized exfoliation, targeted mask, and LED therapy. The main differences are time and intensity. The Vivid Refresh is 60 minutes and includes one add-on technique from a set of four options. The Vivid Glow is 90 minutes and includes access to more advanced techniques, including chemical peel options and a face lifting enzyme. If you have one primary skin concern, the Refresh is a great start. If you have multiple concerns or want more aggressive results, the Glow gives your esthetician more time and more tools.
What is high frequency and what does it do?
High frequency is a skincare technique that uses a mild electrical current delivered through a glass electrode to the skin’s surface. It produces ozone, which has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is particularly effective for clients with active acne or congested skin, and also supports collagen production with regular use. It is an add-on option in both signature facials.
What is microcurrent and is it the same as a facelift?
Microcurrent uses a low-level electrical current to gently stimulate the facial muscles, which can improve muscle tone, lift contours, and reduce the appearance of fine lines over time. It is sometimes called a non-surgical facelift, though that overstates the effect of a single session. The results are subtle but cumulative with regular treatment. It is included as an add-on in both signature facials.
Is BioRePeel safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. BioRePeel is formulated to be safe for all skin types and tones, including Fitzpatrick types IV through VI. Unlike some TCA peels, it does not carry a significant risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation when used correctly by a trained professional. If you have concerns about your specific skin tone and how the treatment will respond, bring it up during your consultation.
What is the downtime for BioRePeel?
Most clients experience minimal to no downtime. Some light peeling or flaking may occur two to five days after treatment as the skin turns over. This is normal and part of the process. You can return to normal activities immediately after your appointment. Avoid direct sun exposure for several days and use SPF consistently during the healing period.
What facial is best for acne?
The Vivid Refresh or Vivid Glow with high frequency added is a good starting point for active acne. High frequency directly addresses the bacteria associated with breakouts and helps reduce inflammation. For clients dealing with post-acne scarring or hyperpigmentation rather than active breakouts, BioRePeel is often a better fit. Your esthetician will assess your skin during the consultation and recommend the most appropriate approach.
Can I wear makeup after my facial?
For most facials, it is best to avoid makeup for the rest of the day to let the skin breathe and absorb the products used during treatment. After a BioRePeel or dermaplaning service, wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup if possible. Your esthetician will give you specific guidance before you leave.
Do you offer treatment plans or packages?
Yes. BioRePeel can be purchased in a series for more dramatic cumulative results. Your esthetician can also build a personalized treatment plan for your skin goals across multiple visits, whether that involves rotating services or focusing on a specific concern over several sessions.
